Can I Stay?
We prefer that owners don't stay for their dogs groom with us as normally they behave much better with fewer distractions and we like to build our own relationship with them. We want them to trust us and enjoy their groom - they're in good hands and we will always call if you are needed.

What If I Need To Cancel?
Full payment for an appointment cancelled within 24 hours or a "no show" will be required before a new appointment can be booked. This is to cover our loss of income and time.
Clients over 15 minutes late will be counted as a 'no show' and will require full payment of the appointment fee before a new appointment can be booked. We rely on clients being on time so we can do our jobs smoothly and really appreciate your cooperation.
My Dog Is Matted, What Will You Do?
Matted coats are a breach of The Animal Welfare Act 2006. Under no circumstances will we spend longer than 15 minutes de-matting a coat or putting your dog through any discomfort. The kindest thing to do in the case of a matted pet is to clip them on a very short length.
